Shipping Policy

We offer Free NZ Wide shipping on all orders over $90. 
Orders under this have a flat rate of $12. 

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipping

Orders that are in stock are dispatched promptly and typically arrive within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be ordered in from our supplier. In these cases, shipping may take approximately 3–4 weeks before the item is dispatched. We appreciate your patience while we source your order.

If your order includes multiple items, your shipment may be sent once all items are available.

Should there be any unexpected delays or issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
